Terms and Conditions

1. This is a network promotion, where winners are determined among all participants from all operators of the network, and the prize pool is shared across the network of these operators.
2. Minimum deposit: 1 €/$ or the equivalent. Only real bets with no active bonus count.
3. The jackpot fund is progressive and increases based on participants' qualifying bets. No additional charges or deductions are applied to players for participation.
4. Once the jackpot prize pool exceeds 500,000 €/$, every qualifying spin gives players a chance to trigger the jackpot at random.

Eligibility

5. The Promotion is not available to players who are self-excluded, restricted, or otherwise barred from receiving bonuses on N1 Bet.

Qualifying Bets

1. Only real-money bets qualify. Bets made using bonuses or free bet rounds are excluded.
2. Minimum qualifying bet is 1 €/$.
3. Only bets placed on qualifying games are valid.
4. N1 Bet reserves the right to modify the list of qualifying games at any time.

Jackpot Mechanics

1. The jackpot winner is selected randomly by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) logic.
2. Jackpot draws are governed and verified by both N1 Bet and the associated game provider using certified RNG logic. All outcomes are final and not subject to appeal or correspondence.

Prize Information

1. The jackpot prize is awarded in real money, with no wagering requirements, and is eligible for immediate withdrawal, subject to clause 24.
2. Jackpot winnings must be claimed by activating the prize within 7 days of being awarded.
3. N1 Bet may require the winner to provide a photo with the prize amount or to collect the prize in person at the N1 Bet office.
4. By participating, players agree that N1 Bet may use photos of winners for marketing purposes (including social media and the website) for up to 12 months.
5. Players may withdraw consent at any time by notifying N1 Bet in writing.

Notifications and Communication

1. Winners will be notified via mandatory platform notifications on the N1 Bet site.
2. Only users subscribed to N1 Bet newsletters will receive email confirmations of jackpot wins.
3. Winners agree to the publication of their usernames for promotional and transparency purposes.

Technical and Operational Notes

1. Standard N1 Bet withdrawal limits apply to all jackpot payouts.
2. The current jackpot value is displayed in real-time within the game interface. Minor delays of up to 15 seconds may occur.
3. Displayed jackpot values may differ slightly from actual payout amounts due to rounding adjustments.
4. In the event of communication failure with the jackpot provider or internal systems, the Promotion may become temporarily unavailable or paused. N1 Bet will not be liable for any losses or missed jackpot triggers during such downtimes.
5. The jackpot fund is entirely funded and paid by N1 Bet.
6. Jackpot winnings do not affect the predefined Return to Player (RTP) percentage of the qualifying games.
7. Any malfunction, connection issue, or error may void bets and jackpot participation.
8. N1 Bet is not liable for any technical, software, or connectivity issues that affect participation.

General Provisions

1. N1 Bet’s General Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with these promotional terms.
2. N1 Bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion for regulatory, technical, or business reasons.
